Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to book your Saona Island day with confidence. This policy applies to every tour booked directly with Saona Island Tours on islasaonard.com/tours.

Payment at booking

All tours are paid in full online by credit or debit card at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe. Your spot is reserved once payment is complete. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Cancelling your booking

Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund of the amount paid.
At least 72 hours before the tour date: 70% refund of the amount paid.
Between 24 and 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 24 hours before the tour: no refund.
No-shows: non-refundable.

Refunds are returned to the card used for payment.

If we cancel (weather or safety)

If we have to cancel a tour because of weather, sea conditions or safety, you can choose a free reschedule or a 100% refund. Your safety always comes first.
