- Choose payment method: credit/debit card (Stripe) or PayPal
- Complete payment and receive instant booking confirmation
- Receive PDF voucher + QR code via email and WhatsApp

Prefer to pay on the day? No problem. Reserve your spot online or via WhatsApp and pay your tour guide in cash (USD, Euros, or Dominican Pesos) at hotel pickup. We accept USD cash at the same rate as online pricing.

โ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Cancel within 48 hours and receive a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are eligible for a 50% refund, or a free rebooking to a different date (subject to availability).
Weather Cancellations
If your tour is cancelled by us due to weather or sea conditions, you receive a 100% refund or free rebooking. Your safety is our priority โ we never run tours in unsafe conditions.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not appear for their scheduled pickup without prior notice are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

What time is hotel pickup?
Pickup times vary by hotel zone:

- ๐จ Punta Cana central hotels: 7:15โ7:45 AM
- ๐จ Cap Cana hotels: 6:45โ7:15 AM
- ๐จ Miches hotels: 6:30โ7:00 AM
Your exact pickup time is confirmed 24 hours before your tour via WhatsApp and email.
Where exactly is the pickup?
Your pickup is at your hotel’s main entrance or lobby. Your driver will be waiting with a “SAONA ISLAND TOURS” sign. You do not need to go anywhere special โ we come to you.
