When is my booking confirmed?
After you pay and verify, we check your payment and send your confirmation with your pickup time and meeting details 24 to 72 hours before your tour. Your tour is confirmed only once you receive that message.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment; 75% refund after that. If we cancel because of weather or safety, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
